Exchange & Return Policy
4.1 Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
• Perishable goods or products marked “Non-Returnable.”
• Clearance or heavily discounted items (unless defective).
4.3 Exchange Process
1. Contact OrbitDeals.pk at query@orbitdeals.pk to request an exchange.
2. Provide order number, reason for exchange, and images if applicable.
3. Follow instructions for returning the original item.
4. Replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
4.4 Refunds
• Refunds are issued after the returned item passes inspection.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges for returns may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or
incorrectly delivered.
4.5 Defective or Damaged Products
• Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will either replace the product or provide a full refund depending on availability.
4.6 Policy Exceptions
• Certain products, based on supplier terms, may have different return or exchange
conditions.
• Customers are advised to check product details before purchase.
